Common Questions
- My tabs aren't syncing — make sure you're signed in (Settings → Account) and have an active internet connection.
- I hit the free tab limit — start free with 100 synced tabs. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited storage.
- Fair Use — Pro includes unlimited personal tab storage, subject to fair-use protections against automated abuse, excessive bulk uploading, or non-personal storage use. If your account reaches a protection limit, existing data is not deleted; new cloud uploads pause until you reduce usage or contact support.
- How do I restore a session? — open the extension, find your saved group, and click the restore button.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription? — log in to your LemonSqueezy customer portal via the email receipt you received.
- I want to delete my account — go to Settings → Account → Delete account. All your data will be permanently erased.
